By using MuteMail services, you agree to terms of this user agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the MuteMail service.
You certify that you are using the MuteMail service for a lawful, worthy, and ethical purpose. By using the MuteMail service to send messages to email addresses or mailing lists, you certify that you have the permission of the owners of those email addresses or mailing lists to send such messages. You assume all responsibility for the consequences and results of your use of MuteMail. You agree not to use the service for the purposes of sending "hate mail", "spam", "bulk mail", "death threats", or any other annoying, illegal, or offending email. You also agree to not interfere or disrupt networks connected to MuteMail service; and to comply with all the rules, policies and procedures connected to MuteMail service.
Confinet Ltd. owns and operates this Web site and has the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect of the Web site or service, including the content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access to or use of MuteMail. MuteMail may at its discretion modify or prohibit the registration of any user ID or username, which it deems offensive or inappropriate.
By using MuteMail, you are stating that you are an adult, that you have read and understood this agreement, and that you agree to be bound by it. Confinet reserves the right to terminate your use of the service at any time for any reason, including if Confinet learns that you have used the service for illegal purposes or have violated this agreement. All fees paid in advance of termination are non-refundable.
MuteMail has no obligation to store or forward the contents of your account. Unless you violate the terms of this agreement, Confinet will use all commercially reasonable means to safeguard your privacy as set forth in our Privacy Statement.
Confinet may also terminate or suspend your access to Free MuteMail service for inactivity, which is defined as failing to log into a particular service for an extended period of time, as is determined by Confinet. The amount of time that Confinet currently considers as an "extended" period of time may be viewed in the in the sign-up area relating to the Free MuteMail service.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment needed for access to and use of MuteMail and all charges related thereto.
Confinet is a distributor (and not a publisher) of content supplied by advertisers. Accordingly, Confinet has no editorial control over such content. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information or content expressed or made available to Confinet by third parties, including information providers and users, are those of the respective author(s) or distributor(s) and not of Confinet. Confinet neither endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, information, or statement made on Confinet by anyone other than authorized Confinet employees duly acting in their official capacities.
You agree that use of the MuteMail service is at your sole risk. Neither Confinet with its affiliates nor any of their respective employees, agents, third party content providers or licensors warrant that MuteMail will be uninterrupted or error free; nor do they make any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or reliability or any information, advertisements, services or merchandise provided through MuteMail, directly or indirectly, or as to the results that may be obtained from use of MuteMail.
The information and services included in or available through the MuteMail service may include inaccuracies or errors. Confinet may make improvements and/or changes to the Service at any time without notice.
MuteMail is provided on an "as is" basis. Confinet expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
In no event will Confinet, or any person or entity involved in creating, producing or distributing MuteMail, be liable in contract, in tort (including for its own negligence) or under any other legal theory (including strict liability) for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential or similar damages, including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, loss of use or similar economic loss, arising out of the use of or inability to use MuteMail. You hereby acknowledge that the provisions of this section shall apply to all uses of MuteMail. Confinet has no liability to clients for any damages, losses and causes of action whether in contract, tort (including its own negligence) or under any other legal theory (including strict liability).
This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, inaccuracy, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of MuteMail, under any legal theory or cause of action.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Confinet, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants and agents from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys fees) arising from your use of MuteMail, your violation of this user agreement, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
The terms of service will inure to the benefit of Confinet's successors, assigns and licensees. Any waiver of any provision of these terms of service will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized employee duly acting in his or her official capacity. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these terms of service to be unenforceable, the remainder of these terms of service will continue in full force and effect.
Refund Policy
MuteMail must receive all requests sent to support@mutemail.com for refunds within 7 days after purchase.
If your request is sent within 7 days from the purchase date and you have not used your account for the purposes of sending "hate mail", "spam", "bulk mail", "death threats", or any other annoying, illegal, or offending email you will be granted a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Refunds will be considered if received within 7 days from the purchase date and will be considered for technical problems resulting in you not being able to use the MuteMail service. Online help customer support must receive notification of the problem and be given the opportunity to fix the problem within a reasonable time frame before a refund will be considered.
After 7 days from the date of purchase refunds may be considered. This will be done at the discretion of the company.

We highly recommend that you view the MuteMail service details (provided on our website http://www.mutemail.com) before placing an order. By doing so, you can make sure that the service that you want to buy meets your expectations.
Service Cancelation
You will be able to cancel MuteMail service subscription at any time. Cancel request should be sent to support@mutemail.com.
