B u s i n e s s M u t e M a i l is an advanced corporate secure email hosting package. It is intended for the companies and individuals conducting business in the Internet and requiring high level of mail privacy and confidentiality. B u s i n e s s M u t e M a i l allows using your own domain name for correspondence and take advantage of anonymous email headers. Email hosting can be used with your existing domain name, or you can register a new domain with us.

Advanced email administration control panel allows creating and managing email accounts, aliases, email forwarders, autoresponders even by an inexperienced user having no special skills. Each user can manage his email address settings, like vacation autoresponder, forward, change password.

We take all possible email privacy protection measures for our customers. Offshore servers location, anonymous SMTP, sending and receiving email through SSL encrypted connection and possibility to use alternate SMTP port allows protecting email activity from any kind of monitoring and ensures email anonymity. Secure email access and email anonymity provide high level of protection for your correspondence privacy.

• 5 secure and anonymous email accounts with your own domain name
  up to five secure and anonymous email addresses name@your-company.com with POP/IMAP access.
  
  
• 5 aliases
  up to five email addresses pointing to existing email address at your domain. Example: there is email account "rick@your-sompany.com" created for your salesman Rick and alias "sales" pointing to account "rick@your-company.com". That means that all mail sent to "sales@yourdomain.com" will be delivered to Rick's mailbox. Multiple email addresses per alias are allowed.
  
  
• 5 forwards
  up to five email addresses pointing to external email addresses. Example: setting up forward for email address "support@your-company.com" to Jim personal email address "jim@some-other-domain.com" means that all mail sent to "support@your-company.com" will be automatically forwarded to Jim's address. Multiple email addresses per forward are allowed.
  
  
• 5 autoresponders
  up to five email addresses that allow sending automated responses to incoming emails with administrator defined message.
  
  
• 50 Mb of disk space for each email account (250 MB total)
  disk space that can be used for incoming mail messages. Each account within a domain has its own 10MB quota. If one of the accounts is exceeding mailbox size limit all other accounts will not be affected.
  
  
• Up to 10 MB attachments
  email messages can contain attachments up to 10MB with every message. For example, a regular scanned image has up to 200 KB in size.
  
  
• SSL encrypted and anonymous SMTP access
  all messages will be passed through the Internet to our servers encrypted. No sender's network information is shown in the message headers.
  
  
• SSL encrypted POP/IMAP secure email access
  incoming email messages can be accessed using your favorite email application. All messages will be delivered through the encrypted connection.
  
  
• SSL encrypted Webmail interface access
  you can access your email through the SSL Webmail interface. All messages will be encrypted while transferred to your computer.
  
  
• additional non-standard SMTP port
  this feature allows to use our services in case customer's ISP or company firewall blocks remote email access.
  
  
• Domain Mail Administrator configurable via web control panel features:
  • add/delete/modify email accounts, email forwarding, aliases, autoresponders
    all that is required for mail administrator to manage accounts.
  • set Catch All account for the domain
    allows to configure "Catch All" feature for nonexistent addresses for the domain. Email to nonexistent addresses can be bounced or delivered to the specific mailbox.
  • SSL protected control panel access for maximum security
    email management through web control panel is protected by industry standard encryption to avoid email intercepting.
